What is standard?

The Standard face to face course is a longer duration and focusses on training of skills and knowledge as well as practical assessments

Thorough training of skills and knowledge is to prepare students for the practical assessments on the day. The standard course is for those students who require practice of skills prior to partaking in the practical assessments.

As First Aid training is refreshed every three years, unless students are regularly completing workplace training, where the practice of hands on first aid skills take place, we recommend completing the standard course.
